With Emily...
I truly can't help it, she is so sweet and innocent and just wants love I fell in love with her the moment I first saw the film...
(not to mention Helena Bonham Carter is incredibly beautiful, and her voice is enchanting) but that just adds to it!
She is so wonderful!

I love Helena's voice. She adds warmth to Emily... such a talented lady, that Helena is. I felt very sad today... I totally had an Emily moment - except that I am alive and not dead...but I loved her enthusiasm and joy over being married.  |

To be honest, I don't even know why I was sad.. I think I'm just sniffly and this guy I know is just being eh...iffy... his attitude is friendly but recently I'm not as happy when he's around. Very odd.
So I went and moped around - and thought 'ahh my heart is breaking....' Then I listened to the CB soundtrack to make myself feel better.

Anyhoo, I must agree with -Undead_User- .. Helena was so wonderful in playing Emily. She made her so charming. Both she and Johnny did an excellent job, I have to say. Very real in their performances.

Agreed they added so much more to the characters, where as other probably wouldn't have...

Very true. I think it's actually very important to add depth to an animated character, because like this movie, sometimes you're pressed for time, you know? So the characters can't be all that developed on screen, so the acting has to be pretty good. I think the acting was great in this movie.

Yeah... But everything's ok now. He still acts like a squirrel on crack, but he's given two hugs within the past couple of days, so I can't complain. And to bring this back on topic, I found a beautiful pic of Emily! (drool away, boys of the forum! you know who you are)  |
