That's a good idea to be Emily for Halloween, Victor's Bride. I would, but I don't have time to make a costume and I'd rather not buy one. But I am going as a Corpse Bride character! My mom and I are currently looking for a Victorian style dress so that I can be Victoria.

Definitely that day I'll be at some disco or restaurant.... it's just that I can't wear those pants since the Bride ^ took them...

I couldn't resist.. they were so pinstripey and cool. Well here is an update on my costume: So far I have worked on the top part - I got this tank top and have added lace...and folding the fabric in to make a trinangle shape... next up is my skirt, which will require some more alterations... I've also worked on the head piece too. |

I will try. I tried sewwing the skirt and top together but it was too tight, and unfortunately I am not built like Emily so, I have to go back and redo some stuff. Blaah. The joys of making your own costume. |

ah don't get your hopes up.. I hopefully will have means of posting pics. My dad may get a webcam - not sure if that takes pictures that I can post but whatever... I'll figure it out... Well, I am still working on the skirt and stuff - but the top looks so neat. I also need to work on the gloves too. A corset may be good... but I have limited funds... whatever, I'll figure something out. |
