He did
He was supposed to do the backgrounds. He worked on it, would often try to get out of working by hiding in the office or falling asleep instead of drawing.
Nothing he did ever got in. Heh
He still sometimes talks about it, and goes all "@-@ the foxes..." weird at the memory cause he hated it.

That's bloody hilarious. I had NO idea he was supposed to work on Fox and the Hound.  I just got this crazy mental image of what the Fox and the hound would look like if Tim had done it. |

I think that's why they were like "erm, just work on this busy work and we'll use these guys stuff"
Cause he almost flat out refused to draw the dogs and foxes, so they made him do the backgrounds and the backgrounds were too creepy. Like, eyes looking out of a forbidding forest.
I really wish I could see what he did do though. Would be fun to see.
