I have just recently brought back my obsession with PotO. I will make sigs and avatars! ;D if anyone wants to use them once I make them, feel free to ask.
I gotta MAKE them first, then post them... LOL ^^;;

I am that obsessed too. Have you read Phantom, The Phantom of Manhattan, or Angel of the Opera? Because I highly recommend (spelling?) those.

This past weekend I was at my aunt and uncle's house...and they have all those movie channels, so one night I was bored and happened to find The Phantom of the Opera on one of them. Personally, I thought it was an okay movie. Alot of people told me that I would love it but I really didn't. The only real issue I had was with the casting of the Phantom. Don't get me wrong, I liked Gerad Butler as the Phantom (acting wise) but vocally ... I don't know, I just didn't think he did a very good job. Now you can disagree with me all you like but that's my two cents. I'm going to see the show on Broadway, so I expect I'll like it more than the movie version. I don't hate the movie - in fact I really enjoyed the costumes, sets, music and everything. I also kind of liked those flashbacks (it took me a little while to figure out who the old man was in them).

LOL i'm so glad to hear i'm not the only person who took a while to work out who the man in the flashbacks was. Did anyone happen to notice the Mr Gibbs is in the movie?
