Le sigh. My mom's being a word I just came really close to saying aloud before I remembered she doesn't let me say the phrase "Oh my God" aloud or even "shut up" without a stern glance. Where was I going with that? Oh yeah, she doesn't seem to realize that Synthesis has kept me off the computer save for working for weeks, and I was too exhausted to play with my freakishly energetic puppy who I've been spending time with all week, and tonight was supposed to be my night to unwind from all the stress I've kept bottled up and responsibility I've handled for virtually everybody in school. Well, according to her, I'm not allowed on the computer tomorrow. I actually think that's a tad hilarious, in a cosmic sort of way, considering I don't exactly care what she says right now. When she's wrong, I don't have to listen (that's a horribly disrespectful way to think, but what the heck, I'll do it. Here I was, thinking the stress was gone XP)
ME: *hops off table*
CARRION: *bitter undertone* Leaving so soon?
ME: *snappishly* Save it. If you're lucky, my mom won't let me on the computer tomorrow and you won't see me at all
CARRION: Let's pray, then
ME: Knock yourself out. And that wasn't necessarily a figure of speech *exits*
EMBER: .......dude, you just got iced big time
MORI: Yeah
HAZEL: Way to go, Christopher
TIDES: Give the guy a break
EMBER, MORI, and HAZEL: *stare*
TIDES: .......what? I can relate
HAZEL: *laughs* No you can't
EMBER: Oh, yes he can
MORI: *grins*
HAZEL: *blushes and does a card trick*
