But... not like I'm gonna stand around waiting for him to hug me, because then I'll have wasted my time. *just hugs Norm* ^^ Not exactly a quote, but close enough I love it, too. ;D Yeah, yeah, I know. Just was a little amazed that it hasn't been played in forever. ....... just like spin the bottle. |

ME: *throws fork*
FORK: *lands smack-dab in the middle of Barkis' forehead*
EMBER: *sits down on a nearby chair* Impressive aim.
ME: Thanx. *chucks another fork*
FORK: *lands in the middle of his chest*
EMBER: *winces a bit*
ME: Aw man. He stopped screaming. That was half the fun. Oh well. *looks over at Ember* You wanna try?
EMBER: Nah. If the person you're throwing sharp objects at is tied up & unable to move, it's too easy. I prefer a challenge.
ME: *nods* Understandable. But me, I just feel like chuckin' forks at an ugly dude.
EMBER: *laughs*
ME: Alright, that's enough for today. *sits on the arm of the couch*
EMBER: *starts reading again*
ME: ......what are you reading anyway?
EMBER: *points to Carrion*
ME: ......Carrion's journal?
EMBER: *shakes head*
ME: Abarat?
EMBER: *nods*.....although, it would be interesting to get my hands on his journal...
ME: Say no more. I'm on it. *gets up*
EMBER: *grabs my wrist* Feeling particularly suicidal today, are we?
ME: *rolls eyes* Please. The guy's got almost no dignity left in my eyes.
EMBER: Exactly. You don't see him as a threat, when in reality, he is. You're overly-confident.
ME: Meh. I think I can manage to snatch a little book away from Mr. Marshmallow over there.
EMBER: *lets go of my wrist & shrugs* Your funeral, kid.
ME: *sneaks off toward Carrion*
EMBER: *glances over occasionally to see how I'm doing*

ME: He's outta the loop. He hasn't seen Tara in over a week.
EMBER: I figured that would improve someone's level of thinking.
ME: I know. Seriously. Anyways......yea. I got nothin'.
EMBER: So scram.
ME: *rolls eyes* I knew your semi-nice streak wouldn't last too long.
EMBER: You should be thankful it lasted as long as it did. Now beat it. I need some peace.
ME: I'm being plenty peaceful and you know it.
