Darkness Falls
Prologue
“What is that?” Victoria said as she and Victor spotted a large group of people circling something. When they went closer they saw it was a hole. But something was sticking out of it. A small black colored glass ball.
“I-I don’t know what that is,” Victor said. But as he looked at the hole he knew that something was wrong. “Or who o-or what made it.”
“Look at the orb,” Victoria continued. “Where do you think it came from?”
“I think it came from the Land of the Dead…” Victor trailed off and then spotted something out of the corner of his eye. “What was that?”
“What was what?” Victoria asked.
“I saw something go by and then vanish,” Victor said. “Maybe it was nothing.” But he knew it was not nothing.

Meanwhile in the Land of the Dead up in a range of black colored mountains a dead teenaged boy entered a cave. He had black hair and was wearing a kind of black and red uniform. Maybe he was a part of a team. A voice then spoke from the far end of the cave.
“So did you make the enterence to the upper world?”
“Yes, Master Darkness,” the teenaged boy said. “What are your plans?”
A man with long black hair tied in a ponytail and the same black and red uniform walked out of the shadows followed by three others. One was a dead teenaged girl with black hair and a black ribbon. She also was wearing the uniform. The last two were both part human and part cat. They were the only two not wearing the uniform but pitch black outfits with the white outlines of cats.
“I didn’t think of all of what I am planning to do just yet,” Darkness said. He as the teams leader was the one to plan.
“But by the looks of things it seems the dead from a town are planning on stopping us,” said one of the cat girls. “That’s not what they think. The Darks are the best!”
“Right you are, Dark Kat,” the dead teenaged boy said.
“She may be right, Darko,” said his sister. “But you are still the ‘little’ brother.”
“Shut up, Darka!” Darko yelled.
“How about you all shut up!” yelled a female voice from the front of the cave and then a black and silver dog leaped at Darko. He screamed and watched as a living teenaged girl walked over from behind the dog.
“Nice work, Storm!” she said.
The dog sat next to her waiting its next orders.
“Who do you think you are?” Darkness yelled.
“My name is Luna,” the girl said. “I am from the upper world and knew all about the Land of the Dead and everyone. I just happen to have psychic gifts.” She turned and nodded to her dog. “Storm has come from the Weather Wolf pack. He is from this world. He is not living.”
Storm growled towards the team known as The Darks.
“And I’ve got news,” Luna continued. “She walked over to Darkness. Barkis does not agree to join your team,” she turned and gave each Dark a hard glare. “He is also against you all!”
“The offer will be open till he agrees to join,” Darkness said.
Luna gave a nod towards the caves enterence. “How about you ask him yourself?”
The Darks all shared a look and then stared towards the caves enterence.
“Enter!” Darkness said. “Enter…if you dare!”
