Thanks for contributing. Finally have a post or two, now. I just like people to post intros. It's a lot more organized that way. Easier for me to keep track of how many people are joining. Not like I'll have to worry about that for a while, though -_- I put an advertisement on my ap page, but people don't read it as much as they used to. I used to get comments on my poems within an hour after I put them up, and now I hardly get any. Still.......whatever My school's prom is coming up, soon EMBER: You goin? ME: No. Surprised? EMBER: Not at all Dash Liz, dash! (and of course this is just to show Mori what your dress looks like, right?  ) |

I'm assuming a "dig" is an insult of some sort. And you're right, it wasn't. I think it's wicked cool that people still like getting the first post. ^^

The only reason I'm going is because my friends begged me to go. And it should be fun. Getting all dressed up, riding in the limo trolley my friends rented, eating dinner w/ them, dancing, people-watching, and post-prom at my school will be wicked fun. It goes 'till 5:00 am. ;D And........I have to take my SAT before prom. I'm getting up at 6 and staying up 'till 5. I'll be awake for over 24 hours. Go me.
I shall! *dashes some more*

You know that's my specialty. Smooth as sandpaper NOW......I have the basics. ~ No double-posting (I'm gonna end up being lenient on that one, I can tell. Especially after my infamous habit of double-posting and my personal favorite "don't double post" double post). Also, no spamming, cause it's ugly, and check before you post a topic to make sure it hasn't been started yet. Common sense stuff ~ Avatars are 100x100, sigs are.......haven't come up with a good size, yet. I kinda like indeppth's idea of not having sig pictures, actually. I probably won't use it, though ~ Respect (free speech vs being rude speech will be included, as a matter of fact) ~ don't murder a thread by going so off-topic that no one knows what's going on anymore. if that appens, I'll most likely just lock it and have someone start it up again, if it was going somewhere ~NO chatspeak. Or I'll be under the urge to kill. This goes especially for the writing forum ~ I'm not a fan of changing names. Which is why mine is still EbonyStar here, and not Tara. It just gets messy and confusing, I think ~ Guests can view the forum, but can't post ~ Fighting = No. and I have a few rules for the writing forum. Basic writing stuff, y'know. Don't take credit for work that isn't yours. GIVE credit if work isn't yours. Ask permission if possible (cause then you can advertise at the same time ). And everyone has to know the difference between critiques and criticism. Critiques have good points. Criticism is mindless. And infernal. And not that welcome. People also have to be aware that anyone can be critiqued, and you aren't being picked on. I hate when people think they're being picked on by a critique That's about it. Did I miss anything? We should submit that to a dictionary. It's a Raeism Yeah. I mean, look a McDonalds. .......okay, maybe not the best example *counts* That's twenty-three hours, dudette ME: Nuthin TIDES: *rolls eyes* Kids. HIYA JEMMY!  *glomps* Aw, that's mean. Ah. Gotcha. Why not? Well, post prom goes until 5, but I'm sure I'll be up for at least another hour after that. What w/ going home, getting my pj's on, stuff like that. Okey-dokey, then. *is still curious & confuzzled* Can't call it "jumping to conclusions" if the conclusion is basically a fact by this point. I'll letcha know when I think of one.
