House: *shakes his head* You'd be just like Cameron. If you were stuck, -knowing- that your patient was going to die because there was a clue you were missing. Would you just ask them again telling them that they would be alright hoping you had a few more days? Or would you llie, telling them they were going to die, and have them confess their lies, allowing you to save their life as they babble out everything they can to help because of their fear.
I perfer not loosing my patients permanently, and usually I have to lie to do that, but I'll do what it takes to keep them alive, even if it is what others might deem unethical or immoral.
