but I live on the monterey bay so... it's a good thing I like fish.
And why don't you write a fanfic about Misto and Victoria?
(I don't really like starting first pages. Especially when what I say is half sentences and such. Gah.)

I'd help you out, Squish, but I don't know much about CATS. And even if I did and came up with a good fanfic idea, I'd wanna use it myself ^.^;;;
I'm trying to get through it, but I feel like there's so much I wanna write, and it's gonna be a super-long fanfic. And that makes me, surprisingly, discouraged, because whenever I see a really long fanfic on ff.net, I skip it for the time being, cause I don't wanna pay attention that much. Most of the time, anyway ^.^;;;
Oh well. I'll keep working on it. If you ever wanna read a section, though, lemme know and I can give you a little bit. I don't have a whole lot right now, but whatever. And I'll just give you the way it's written at the moment, cause I'm still trying to get all the ideas down. I'll revise it when I finish the basic idea
I think I'm paranoid for not putting it up on ff.net chapter by chapter. I'm gonna be working on it forever, and I won't even start putting it up until it's perfect (or as close as I can get it, at least, I know there's very very rarely "perfect" writing)

All this CATS talk is making me want to see it. The only time I ever really got interested in cats themselves was when I read The Warriors series by Erin Hunter. That's about cats that live in the wild. It's very good actually. In fact, it's split into two series: the first one is the Warriors series, and then the next one is the same, except you add "the new prophecy" to it. XP

And soon I'll have to take you up on that offer (although that was made to squish not to me) and read your fic tara. I adore long fics. A lot of times because they are the better quality fics. There is a harry potter one that I just love that's 94 chapters long by now.... I'm not sure if it's finished yet though ^^;
So what has everyone been up to?
(and hey Squishy, ever want to write a story about Etcetera? or Electra... or oooh, even Jemima...)

I'm not sure how good the quality will be. The thing is, when I start writing, I just keep going. I get inspiration from, quite honestly, anything and everything I see or hear or imagine, which helps give me a LOT of ideas. I doubt the length will be an issue. I already have a lot of ideas for this one, now all I need to do is make a rough list of what those ideas are (something simple, like "First time learning magic" or something, just to remind me what I'm supposed to be writing) so I won't forget any of them. That'll help me not rush through each chapter so I can work on making it nice and long and detailed. Afterwards, I can just tweak things, or add in stuff, or whatever
Hmm.......I guess you could just glance at that one explanation and realize I tend to write a lot ^.^;;;
Whoa.....that's long. I doubt mine will be that long. I hope mine won't be that long, actually ^.^;;
The thing is, if I write the fic.......I've already read the first two books, and I wanna keep it going with the story as much as I can. If I don't get it finished by the time the third book comes out, or before I hear what the basic plot is for it, I'll get all confused as to what should happen
Wait, actually, considering I'm planning on changing the original ending in the second book (otherwise, my fic might suck).......nevermind, this'll probably work out
Oh, now I'm unsure whether I wanna change the book's ending so far or not!
.....I'll figure that out when we come to it

Okay. See ya in a few By the way, if there are any mistakes in my sig (concerning the words...Latin' not my first language ^.^;; , please let me know. We're learning the song in my chorus class, but I forget if that's how everything's spelled *rolls eyes* It's not like I'm gonna make it a happy "the world is saved and everyone's so wonderful and their lives turn out perfect" ending. Actually, now that I think about it, I might not change it. There are several options. 1. I change the ending completely, so that everything's happy and right, and the book series can pretty much end there to everyone's satisfaction 2. I can change the very ending of the main character (okay, yes, Carrion), to make things turn out alright at the last second 3. I can very slightly alter the ending, so that, at best, it's bittersweet 4. I can leave the ending exactly as it is (in terms of Carrion), and include my own character(s) in it, to make it sad, but somehow right I'm leaning towards either 2 or 3 especially, but 4 is a close second. It's pretty much safe to cross 1 off the list |

I mean, that stupid dragon in the ocean that Geneva supposedly killed. It had her sword twisted in its heart, and after all the trouble they went through, it's like "Uh oh, here we go again" It could happen again, you never know CARRION: *looks slightly unnerved at all the talk about his fate" ME: .......uh, don't worry about it ^.^;;; Anyway, I'm not sure how I'd change it. I mean, so far, I've got a rough idea for each of those on the list, but I just don't know which one I'll pick. I'll worry about it when I get even slightly close to it. So far, the furthest scene I've written is the one where Carrion, Shape, and Vol are at the Pyramids at Xuxux |
