Gen, your mom officially rocks and did what I could not I tried to cry, cause I wanted to, but I don't know why I can't! It bugs me! But seriously, your mom rocks for that. I love when parents like the same movies as their kids.......sometimes.....

I'm well aware of that.
I didn't cry at all during the movie. And I cry pretty easily. I don't cry at romance movies. My mom normally doesn't like the same movies I do. Usually she's like "It was ok." Or whatever. I watched CB w/ my sister & parents last night. Didn't get much feedback on CB from either parent. But my mom laughed at "In other news, THE DEAD WALK THE EARTH!" and my dad laughed at "Keep it down. We're in a chuch!" That made me happy. ^_^
Hell yea! I cried during Monsters Inc, The Passion (bawled my eyes out), Dumbo, Bambi, Homeward Bound II, Ice Age (which I am watching right now), King Kong, and lotsa other movies.

i've cried during the most random movies, Nadine. Like, they are sad, but I don't cry during other movies that are twice as sad Fox and the Hound. When she puts him back in the wild. I ALWAYS cry Air Bud, I think. When he leaves the dog on the island or something (haven't seen that movie in forever) Homeward Bound. When they find the girl in the forest Narnia. When Lucy and Susan are at the Stone Table, and Lucy takes out the bottle of healing stuff and is gonna use it on Aslan. Chokes me up, that little girl Harry Potter 4. The Moody scene with the spider thingy. I have no clue why

Aw *hugs* Bye Jem! Tell Piper I said g'night! Jak: *barks* Me: And so does Jak ^.^ Jade: *gets closer to carrion and sniffs his robes* Carrion: *takes a step back, but bumps into the wall. takes a step to the side instead* Me: You've got to be joking Carrion: *glares at me or Jade* Take your dog or my nightmares will, girl Me: Pfft. Villains. *whistles for Jade, who trots back* *muttering* Always gotta be macho and everything. "Better watch it, or I'm gonna suffocate your dog with my Daily Special: soup of the Day. Flavor: Angst. In other words, my nightmares." Then they get all "Get the dog away, cause I don't wanna touch her." People get so scared of this gal, and she's a sweetheart. Grown men even. It's a pitiful sight, really, she's like a sweet old lady. I mean, look at her face now. Well, at least he didn't say in a cackling voice "I'll get you, my pretty. And your dog, too!" *continues muttering stuff like that and takes Jade to the couch*

I love when parents like the same movies as their kids.......sometimes..... I saw the movie about 4 times in theatres and I cried a little, but I felt very broken hearted at the end. As far as I'm concerned, it's one of the best movie endings. But yea! My mom is pretty cool I guess. I love her to pieces... she's like "aww it was so sad when she was saying her vows but then she saw Victoria so she didn't want him to drink the poison!"

I still think Edward Scissorhands has one of the best endings I've ever seen. It's so.....non-cliche and gorgeous. It's heart-wrenching, but not quite in the sad, makes you feel depressed way. It's really just too beautiful for that But that is neither here nor there Carrion: *nightmares flash* Me: Oookay, let's all just take it easy, now. Jak: *starts barking* Me: Shut it, or you're sleeping in the den tonight Jak: *hushes* Me: It's cold in the den. Usually he sleeps in my bed, under all the blankets and by my feet or my leg. He's adorable Gee, Beej. What a horrible threat...
