BB#3: Nuthin really.....It's just that you've been getting back later'n sayin how you're not gonna be here when ya go to Montreal and everythin, and it's just kinda depressin, y'know?

Me: Yeah, I actually know exactly what you mean *sigh* Well, even though I've gotta go really soon, I'm here now
BB#3: *smiles* I know. I just sometimes wish it were longer than that
Me: *hugs* Don't worry. When I get back from Montreal, it's February. Granted, it's one of my least favorite months, but we open up a new semester in school, which is nice and easy, and we also get February vacation!
BB#3: That sounds nice...

Ms. Markson's statement to search "the house and the garage" as well as gesturing to the entire premises, allowed for the officer to believe that she had been given consent. People versus Harrington held that an arm gesture can be synonymous to consent, either to search a house or enter a room....

(It's wordy but I have to say "reasonable objective belief" because otherwise they won't really pay attention. And that phrase will win my argument)
