"you did get it first. And that's kindof upsetting seeing as how earlier I offered to Jem to make the new party thread, seeing as how I lock and make new ones anyways. It would cheer her up, and you got to it first. And the thing is I told Jem to make it.
And that rule is unenforcable. So, I don't think your plan is going to really work anyways.

Oh, don't be that way. Please? Be happy! We all love you! We can't help posting fast. We just like talking w/ friends a lot. Is that so bad? And it's not hard to read up on what you missed. And even if you did miss anything, chances are you didn't miss anything big.

Heh, and I know Jem is not the only one feeling good. I just felt bad because I practically promised her to start it. I waited for her to return to lock it, and when she said "I'm back what do I do now" I told her to start a new party thread. And I pmed her to tell her to start a new thread as well.
And no, that wasn't your only intention it seems. You want to post a rule at the top that you know won't be enforced no matter how much we try. I can't do anything to enforce it, you'll just get upset if it's broken, and a variety of other things.
